I know, I know. Two posts in a row about food. I can't help it...I mean it is 90 degrees, dry as heck, full on Santa Ana brewing. I never like cooking in that kind of weather, makes my house to hot. Then to top it off my food bill is rising, as it is for everyone else, so i am vowing NOT to go out to eat at ALL. Eat only what i find on sale. Which of course means i have to be a bit more creative when it comes to planning daily meals. Lucky for me my girls love to help out in the kitchen and this is one meal that will be easy for the four of us to cook up.
So tonight it is pannini's...

The nice thing about a pannini is that you can stick anything in the sandwich and it is delish. We do alot of pannini's at work and I usually go for turkey and havarti.
